A trend has been spotted this year and will continue in 2010, that is two tier cakes! Brides are ordering multiple cakes and placing them as centerpieces on tables. I think this is pretty cool since you can mix and match flavors, or keep all the same. If you have large wedding, try skipping tables and alternating with flowerpieces on ones without cake.
