A cousin of mine is having a "Diamonds and Pearls" themed party this summer. She wanted some ideas on a candy buffet. Considering she's working with a very small budget and lives in Virginia, I excitedly offered a few suggestions (otherwise I would have directed her to Candy Couture) :)
